A Kinda Rock

Find an unpolished clean rock you would like to paint. You can find rocks everywhere!
Using acrylic paints, colour the background. If using a dark coloured rock, it's always good to start with a white base coat to make the top colour really bright.
When dry, use markers to write a message or to add fine detail. We like posca markers and sharpies.
Add #akindarock (instagram page) to the back of your rock so the person who finds your rock can continue the kindness. This can be done with a pen or you can print it on paper and glue it on.
Clear coat the top and bottom for protection from the elements. Modge Podge is a great brand and can be bought at Spotlight.
